La Forgiatura

La Forgiatura is the first 100% carbon-free corporate campus in Milan. Located in NW of Milan, the former industrial complex of about 15.000 sqm has been transformed into an area of 25.000 sqm of urban regeneration.

Socotis contributed to the revamping of the HVAC systems and currently it is the unique provider of ordinary and extraordinary maintenance services of the mechanical plants.
